Comments
At the end of the first week of this tour, actor Tom Bosley became ill. Being so early in the tour (and limited rehearsal time for his understudy), the stage manager from the Broadway production, Robert Darnell, was flown in to Wilmington and performed the role of Milt Manville for the matinee and evening performance on Saturday, September 11, 1965 (the final two performances of the Wilmington engagement). Bosley returned to the role on Monday, September 13, 1965 in Toronto.
