Biography: Phyllis Love was born on December 21, 1925 in Des Moines, Iowa. She graduated from Pittsburgh's Carnegie Institute of Technology in 1948. She then moved to New York and studied at the Actors Studio. She married playwright James Vincent McGee, and then Alan Paul Gooding.
