Biography: Dean Carroll Jones was born on January 25, 1931 in Decatur, Alabama to Andrew Guy Jones and Nolia Elizabeth Wilhite. He served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He attended Asbury University. He married Mae Inez Entwistle, Miss San Diego of 1953, with whom he had two children. Jones worked at the Bird Cage Theater at the Knott's Berry Farm theme park in Buena Park, California and subsequently signed a contract at MGM. He appeared in various popular Disney films in the 1960s and 1970s. He married actress Lory Patrick, with whom he had one child, in 1973. He founded the Christian Rescue Committee with his wife in 1998.
