Comments
On the afternoon of this production's first preview, actor Mike Kellin was asked last-minute to fill in for an ailing actor. Kellin filled in and then agreed to remain permanently with the production. However, he left on January 31, after the producers and Kellin were unable to agree on contractual terms. This pushed opening night, originally scheduled for February 4, back to February 11, 1982.
