Actor Roberts Blossom, who was best known for his role in the hit holiday film "Home Alone," began acting on stage during the 1950s. He made his Broadway debut in 1958's The Infernal Machine and continued to frequent the stage for the next two decades until he began to make his mark in the film industry. He led the 1974 film "Deranged" and that same year appeared in "The Great Gatsby" with Robert Redford and Mia Farrow. He arguably made his biggest impression, however, as the misunderstood elderly neighbor in the film "Home Alone," which starred Macaulay Culkin.
