Biography: Jack Richardson was born on February 18, 1934. He grew up in Jackson Heights, Queens. He enlisted in the Army, and served in Frankfurt and Paris. He then studied philosophy at Columbia. His first marriage was to Anne Roth, with whom he had his daughter, Emily Carter. He then married Susan E. Morse, with whom he had his son, Dwight.
