He began acting with the Stratford Festival of Canada from (1953-1959), playing Horatio in "Hamlet," Orsino in "Twelfth Night" and Vincentio in "Measure for Measure". TV credits include Nicholas Lacey in "One Man's Family" (1952); Neil Campbell in "Hong Kong" (1960’s); and Cecil Colby in "Dynasty" (1981-82). Film credits include "The Detective," "Tony Rome," "Point Blank," "Ulzana's Raid," "The Man in the Glass Booth", "The Naked Gun 2½: " and "The Commission". He graduated from Univ. of Toronto (1947).
